Minutes of the regular Meeting of Council of the Rural Municipality of Rosedale held on the above date in the Municipal Office, Neepawa, with the following members present: Reeve Bill Martin, Councillors Ernie Schure – Ward 1, Robert Scott – Ward 2, Steve Pegoski – Ward 3, Ron Kostenchuk – Ward 4, Michael Porrok – Ward 5, Duane Stewart – Ward 6

That this regular meeting of Council convene at 10:00 a.m. with Reeve Bill Martin as chairman.

That Be It Resolved that the Council of the R. M. of Rosedale approve the agenda for June 10, 2016.
16/136 Porrok – Schure
That the minutes of the regular meeting held May 13, 2016 and the special meetings held May 17, 2016 and May 23, 2016 be adopted as circulated.

That we adopt the May 2016 financial statements.

That the Council approves the accounts for the month and amounts as follows:
May 2016 $125,808.85 $179.90

That we the Council request that the assessment parcel polygon data for the Rural Municipality of Rosedale be provided to our consultant, WSP.
16/140 Schure – Scott
That we the Council of the R. M. of Rosedale now peruse the review and amendment of the R. M. of Rosedale Zoning By-law and application for the Community Planning Assistants Grant Program for same.
16/141 Porrok – Pegoski
That we the Council of the R. M. of Rosedale agree to grant the Little Valley Jamboree $300.00 for their 2016 Jamboree two day festival.

That we do now adjourn this regular meeting at 10:15 a.m. to hold a public hearing regarding Bray Farms on SE 17-15-15W.

That the public hearing be now open at 10:15 a.m. for Bray Farms Variation Order.

That the public hearing be now open at 10:40 a.m. for Rodney and Roxanne Wagler Conditional Use.

That the public hearing be now closed at 11:00 a.m. to reconvene for regular meeting.

Whereas a hearing was held on Friday, June 10, 2016 to hear representation for or against the proposed Variation Order request by Bray Farms Ltd. on SE 17-15-15W;
Now therefore, the Council of the Rural Municipality of Rosedale approve the Variation Order request to allow the minimum required setbacks from property boundary within the “AG-80” Agricultural General Zone be reduced as noted:
1: North property boundary of 50 feet be reduced to 0 feet
2: West property boundary of 50 feet be reduced to 0 feet
3: South property boundary of 125 feet be reduced to 0 feet
4: East property boundary of 125 feet be reduced to 0 feet
To facilitate the installation of the proposed Tile Drainage System providing policy and procedures are followed as per the R. M. of Rosedale Tile Drainage Policy.

That we the Council of the R. M. of Rosedale have no concerns regarding the application by Jim Birnie and Roy Bailey to Manitoba Conservation and Water Stewardship to reconstruct the drain on NE 23-17-15W.
16/148 Stewart – Scott
That we the Council of the R. M. of Rosedale agree to purchase 2 replacement pumps for the amount of $2,767.25 each plus applicable taxes for the Kelwood Water Treatment Plan from Celtic Power & Machining.
16/149 Pegoski – Porrok
That we the Council agree to purchase office furniture for the amount of $7,489.26 including applicable taxes for the R. M. of Rosedale office.
